Shannon Doerr serves as West Regional Manager for Realty ONE Group Landmark, supporting agents throughout the Greater Pittsburgh region through leadership, professional development, mentorship, and business growth. In addition to her brokerage leadership role, Shannon remains an active REALTOR®, real estate investor, and advocate for the profession. With more than 13 years of experience in real estate, Shannon has built a diverse background spanning transaction management, marketing, sales, investing, team leadership, and industry advocacy. She began her career alongside her father, helping build and operate a top-producing real estate team while developing a strong foundation in client service, business operations, and relationship-building. She also renovates and invests in properties throughout Western Pennsylvania, giving her firsthand experience across multiple facets of the real estate business. Shannon is a Past President and current Director of the Greater Alle-Kiski Area Board of REALTORS®, serves in leadership positions with the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS®, and was honored as the 2024 Greater Alle-Kiski Area REALTOR® of the Year. A graduate of LeadershipPAR and longtime mentor to new agents, she is passionate about advocating for the profession and helping others grow and succeed.
